The Exchange is a great tool

The Exchange is a great tool. To be honest, it has declined a little over the years in my opinion, but it is still a fantastic asset to any courier or haulage business. It helps us cover work when we are stuck and obtain re-loads for our own returning vehicles.

"Unprofessional Service – Sudden Account Restriction & Zero Support"

I am extremely disappointed with how my Courier Exchange account has been handled. After many years as a paying member, my services were suddenly restricted without warning, leaving me unable to operate. At 11 AM, my account was abruptly restricted without notice, leaving my drivers stranded unable to bid on any jobs. As a result, we had to drive over 150+ miles back empty, leading to wasted fuel, lost income, and unnecessary expenses—all due to an issue that could have been avoided with proper communication. With no working customer support line, I had to rely on email/tickets. It took five hours just to receive a holding response—with no explanation. 12 hours later, I was finally told I had been selected for an enhanced check, requiring me to resubmit the exact same valid documents already on my profile. Yet, there is still no update, no resolution, and no clear timeframe for reinstatement. To make things worse, the only working phone line is the sales line. The customer support line doesn’t work, and when I contacted renewals, I was transferred to van business insurance, which was completely unhelpful. This is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, transparency, and basic support is appalling. As a long-term paying member, I expect clear communication and a fair process that does not arbitrarily disrupt businesses. Now, 24 hours later, I am still waiting for a resolution. For any drivers considering joining, I strongly advise looking elsewhere—there are far better alternatives.

Every good feedback is left with a review of the onbaording team for a favour. The facts are you'll be lucky to get a 100 mile job for £50 and take into account you need to go 100 miles home for nothing so around £30 fuel. Good luck

It was a big decision deciding on…

It was a big decision deciding on whether to sign up or not, would I find work in my area, would I cover the cost of the app, does the account system work and ultimately, could I make a profit. Well happy days, I found work from day one and the support from the team was way beyond my expectations. Early days but feeling good.

They remove feedback that you leave for companies, then don't respond to ticket requests asking why it's been removed. All they are bothered about is signing more people up, it's not in their interest to highlight bad performing companies on their platform.

The platform promises earnings that are not true. There are many shipping options but the price does not match what the platform shows on the website. I made a large investment but I did not receive even 20% of the earnings shown on the website.
