The Exchange is a great tool. To be honest, it has declined a little over the years in my opinion, but it is still a fantastic asset to any courier or haulage business. It helps us cover work when we are stuck and obtain re-loads for our own returning vehicles.
I want to sincerely thank Joshua for the support he provided during my onboarding in the CX team. His guidance was clear, patient, and thorough, which made the transition much smoother and less overwhelming. He took the time to walk me through key processes, answered all my questions, and shared practical insights that helped me get up to speed quickly. His approachable attitude and willingness to help made a big difference. I truly appreciate his support and mentorship.
Thank you for the support and help from the beginning. Thank you.

Relatively new to CX and found the back office support (Natassia Stevenson) to be exceptional. She respond to queries I have very promptly and nothing seems to a problem.

Known this platform for few years now and having worked for 2 years, i can safely say that its not safe for driving courier companies. Shippers/freight forwarders r the one minting money selling jobs for pennies. This is down to no strict policy of courier exchange. There is no set criteria for job. 200 miles job for small van selling for £40. Similar mileage job for luton van, £80 . I mean it has become a joke. Some junkies have entered the driver market to let shipper sell jobs at this rate but there should a market standard. This is not even minimum wage. Every year, insurance rises, maintainence rises, fuel going up , CX annual fee rising and £ per mile has dropped. It is impossible to survive if one does proper math. Unless Cx intervene and changes thr business model, this is a dead rubber for driving company. Shippers should not be allowed to hold jobs for hours n hours. Thr should be time limit in which they have to sell. There should be minimum threshold for selling job that can give some leverage to driving companies. The way it is going at the moment, its unsustainable. I heard ppl saying ‘oh its a backload platform’. No its not. Shipper want clean vans, five star service, on time collection and deliveries. Same day and timed journeys. All of this is great but it doesnt come at a BACKLOAD price. U expect all this literally done free by drivers. Not anymore. Glad i left the platform. Investing 20 grand or above on a Luton van to work for less than £1 a mile is miserable. The roi is ridiculous. Get ur van and work someone that gives you regular work. CX, wake up and do something for driving companies. This platform is making one side rich and the other bankrupt. Yes, shippers are the rich ones.

I would advise you NOT to subscribe to CX as a driver you will definitely lose money. Competition is healthy, but what’s happening right now with the mileage rates is ridiculous. I suspect that CX is operating like a “factory,” co loading to drive prices down, or they are simply very uneducated and irresponsible when it comes to pricing this low. The CX platform itself is decent software, but the company is purely focused on profit, leaving new drivers and even clients let down. There are plenty of unregulated drivers who don’t even pay taxes, and it’s clear from the prices being quoted. For example, £90 to £110 for a 200-mile small van job? That’s absurd. CX should be enforcing regulations on the vans as well. I’ve personally witnessed multiple vans that were barely road regulated/safer Van insurance, finance (or rental), plus fuel will cost you around £1,500 a month at a minimum. Depending on how much you drive, you’ll end up losing even more on mileage as it’s almost impossible not to. And finally, shame on those companies that always choose the cheapest option. You know full well that those drivers cannot represent your business properly.
