"Unprofessional Service – Sudden Account Restriction & Zero Support"

I am extremely disappointed with how my Courier Exchange account has been handled. After many years as a paying member, my services were suddenly restricted without warning, leaving me unable to operate. At 11 AM, my account was abruptly restricted without notice, leaving my drivers stranded unable to bid on any jobs. As a result, we had to drive over 150+ miles back empty, leading to wasted fuel, lost income, and unnecessary expenses—all due to an issue that could have been avoided with proper communication. With no working customer support line, I had to rely on email/tickets. It took five hours just to receive a holding response—with no explanation. 12 hours later, I was finally told I had been selected for an enhanced check, requiring me to resubmit the exact same valid documents already on my profile. Yet, there is still no update, no resolution, and no clear timeframe for reinstatement. To make things worse, the only working phone line is the sales line. The customer support line doesn’t work, and when I contacted renewals, I was transferred to van business insurance, which was completely unhelpful. This is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, transparency, and basic support is appalling. As a long-term paying member, I expect clear communication and a fair process that does not arbitrarily disrupt businesses. Now, 24 hours later, I am still waiting for a resolution. For any drivers considering joining, I strongly advise looking elsewhere—there are far better alternatives.
