The Exchange is a great tool. To be honest, it has declined a little over the years in my opinion, but it is still a fantastic asset to any courier or haulage business. It helps us cover work when we are stuck and obtain re-loads for our own returning vehicles.
I want to sincerely thank Joshua for the support he provided during my onboarding in the CX team. His guidance was clear, patient, and thorough, which made the transition much smoother and less overwhelming. He took the time to walk me through key processes, answered all my questions, and shared practical insights that helped me get up to speed quickly. His approachable attitude and willingness to help made a big difference. I truly appreciate his support and mentorship.

After a bad week of jumping through hoops and trying to submit true evidence relating to unfair and I believe adusive feedback the platform Support team are a complete waste of time when dealing with disputes, I even find it hard to believe they take the time to look at the evidence.They only have biased veiws against CX members wanting to challenge a decision made by the compliance team. After a 2min review time between getting the 1st post and the decision I really don’t think they care. Just be aware when wanting support as it will not be there from none payment issues to fabrication feedback.

This is my first experience in working in this field but i must say Josh Taylor who works in customer service is amazing, talked me through step by step, answered any questions i had, very supportive and a really nice bloke. Having worked with the exchange for 6 weeks now, im extremely happy and look forward to a continued working relationship
