After a bad week of jumping through…
After a bad week of jumping through hoops and trying to submit true evidence relating to unfair and I believe adusive feedback the platform Support team are a complete waste of time when dealing with disputes, I even find it hard to believe they take the time to look at the evidence.They only have biased veiws against CX members wanting to challenge a decision made by the compliance team. After a 2min review time between getting the 1st post and the decision I really don’t think they care. Just be aware when wanting support as it will not be there from none payment issues to fabrication feedback.
