The Exchange is a great tool. To be honest, it has declined a little over the years in my opinion, but it is still a fantastic asset to any courier or haulage business. It helps us cover work when we are stuck and obtain re-loads for our own returning vehicles.
I want to sincerely thank Joshua for the support he provided during my onboarding in the CX team. His guidance was clear, patient, and thorough, which made the transition much smoother and less overwhelming. He took the time to walk me through key processes, answered all my questions, and shared practical insights that helped me get up to speed quickly. Natassia Bole who works in customer service has given me the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in any company. The on boarding process is rigourous which can be frustrating sometimes but she was there to help me every step of the way and extremely patient she done and does an outstanding job. Absolute load of rubbish. Don’t waste your money with them… your be chasing money from customers who don’t pay for months and months. The platform needs a guarantee like eBay/vinted etc. jobs get cancelled last minute without a call! Just a joke!!
