The Exchange is a great tool. To be honest, it has declined a little over the years in my opinion, but it is still a fantastic asset to any courier or haulage business. It helps us cover work when we are stuck and obtain re-loads for our own returning vehicles.
I want to sincerely thank Joshua for the support he provided during my onboarding in the CX team. His guidance was clear, patient, and thorough, which made the transition much smoother and less overwhelming. He took the time to walk me through key processes, answered all my questions, and shared practical insights that helped me get up to speed quickly. His approachable attitude and willingness to help made a big difference. I truly appreciate his support and mentorship.
Thank you for the support and help from the beginning. Thank you.

Service and quality definitely going down hill. To many people on here offering cheap delivery’s and reducing the quality of service. I think the exchange is selling their delivery services to all kinds of idiots. They’re more concerned of quantity of couriers rather than quality of them. A slippery slope that seems more evident since Covid and it’s got considerably worse in the last 12 to 18 months.

Josh Taylor redefines what great onboarding looks like. From day one, he’s been more than just helpful — he’s been essential. His advice is always clear, actionable, and spot-on, often leading to better results than I expected. Josh doesn’t wait for problems to arise — he checks in, offers support, and genuinely cares about your progress. In just two weeks, I went from feeling unsure to confident, all thanks to his guidance. One moment that says it all: I was stuck late in the day with no jobs coming in. Josh suggested a move inland, and within hours, I landed a job that led to steady, high-paying work. That one call made a lasting impact. If you’re joining Courier Exchange, ask for Josh. He won’t just show you the way — he’ll help you hit the ground running. - Core Link Logistics Limited

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Josh Taylor is the gold standard of what an onboarding specialist should be. From day one, he was more than just a guide — he was a lifeline. His advice wasn’t just helpful; it was spot-on every single time. Whenever I was stuck without jobs, unsure how to quote, or didn’t know how to approach people, he always gave me clear, confident direction that worked — and usually worked out even better than expected. He never waited for me to reach out. Josh regularly checked in without being prompted, showing genuine interest in how things were going and making sure I had what I needed to move forward. It never felt like I was just a name on a list — it felt like my success genuinely mattered to him. In just two weeks, I’ve gone from brand new to feeling like I’ve gained a friend. The onboarding process ends once I’ve made my initial investment back, which means Josh will no longer be my account manager — and I’m honestly dreading that moment. Not just because his advice has been so valuable, but because I’ll genuinely miss having him in my corner. One moment really stands out. I’d finished a job in Plymouth around 5 or 6pm and found myself near Land’s End with no work coming through. I called Josh and he calmly suggested I drive inland — somewhere like Yeovil — and take a break. He explained that jobs tend to pick up again a bit later, and the inland area would give me better odds. I trusted him, made the move, and within hours I landed a job that led to a strong working relationship with a controller who now sends me work regularly and pays above the going rate. That moment alone paid for my trust in Josh many times over. If you’re new to Courier Exchange, do yourself a favour and ask for Josh Taylor. He doesn’t just show you the ropes — he gives you the confidence and insight to succeed. The sky isn’t the limit with Josh — it’s just the beginning.

On boarding team (Patrycja in particular, extremely professional and helpful) have been excellent and really helped get me established - lots of tips and help with default 'home' settings etc. It is early days, but there seems to be a steady pipeline of work but there are a few niggles : 1. some shippers seem to state the rate they are prepared to pay for a job rather than wait for quotes (avoid these shippers). 2. once down route the app still feeds loads at you based on your home location. 3. despite setting default max distances you are prepared to travel (eg 200miles) you still get jobs of over 400 miles etc. sent to you. These aren't massive issues but just mean you have to scroll through irrelevant jobs.
