The Exchange is a great tool. To be honest, it has declined a little over the years in my opinion, but it is still a fantastic asset to any courier or haulage business. It helps us cover work when we are stuck and obtain re-loads for our own returning vehicles.
I want to sincerely thank Joshua for the support he provided during my onboarding in the CX team. His guidance was clear, patient, and thorough, which made the transition much smoother and less overwhelming. He took the time to walk me through key processes, answered all my questions, and shared practical insights that helped me get up to speed quickly. His approachable attitude and willingness to help made a big difference. I truly appreciate his support and mentorship.

There is no money protecting. You have to wait for months and months to get paid your invoice. Courier Exchange it self only call you when your renewal due but never back you when ever your invoice not get paid on time. There is no guarantee work. You have to bid as cheap as possible to get the work and then unnecessary paperwork and postage expenses. You'll only be paying high insurance and maintenance cost for the Van. I would strongly say not to join this platform. Only waist of time Monday and energy. In actual haulage companies don't want to pay for the work which has been even 3 months before.

My experience with Courier Exchange has been incredibly disappointing. When their sales team first contacted me, they made all kinds of promises about how much I would earn—specifically, $1.22 per mile (though oddly, they referred to dollars instead of pounds, which was confusing and misleading given we’re in the UK). They told me I’d have plenty of jobs, constant backloads, and that their platform was a game-changer. However, after paying the subscription, the reality was completely different. The customer support team Stopped calling because they sold me and that’s was it. They never mentioned during the sales pitch that you would have to quote for every single lead. This hidden detail makes it even harder to secure jobs, and the promises of consistent work turned out to be false. The jobs are sparse, the backloads are rare, and the earnings they promised simply don’t exist. The whole experience felt like I was being sold a dream just to get me to sign up. Once they had my money, none of what they advertised came true. I wouldn’t recommend this platform to anyone. 0 stars to them and Stay away from CX.

I would definitely recommend CX to work with. i have had the best experience working with them and it has helped me in my personal life to have a stable income. the app is easy to work with, I'm able to find and complete jobs easily and everything that needs to be done is well explained on the app. it is worth the money and stability and offer my thanks to CX!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! CX will sell you a dream, tell you that you can make thousands a month (between £5,500-£8,000 to be exact) in your single van with their earnings calculator. Once they get your money, they will advise you to quote below the average price to get work, which is exactly what they are telling the thousand other new users on the platform. Which is constantly dragging the average down... Guess what.. race to the bottom! So now even when you've got a few jobs behind you, your quotes still need to be low because 99% of companies are picking the cheapest quote over any feedback, on the contrary to what CX tell you prior to signing up. CX also continue to allow companies to post loads with huge negative feedback, unpaid or late paid claims, awful job specs and pre priced jobs for timed direct deliveries, but only willing to pay less than back load rates. CX does not support small owner drivers, with everything mentioned above. The turnover of drivers on the platform is huge, more than likely all in the same position, promised the dream, paid the fee, realised it's not sustainable at all unless you have a lot of cash flow behind you ready to blow in the first few months, more than likely got into debt and struggling to survive, only to pack it in and find alternative work. All while CX say they have no power to change the market, no influence over rates etc etc... they don't care! Give us your money and good luck surviving! CX have had a formal complaint sat with them for over 2 months now and are clearly not bothered and are happy to brush it aside.

I have often taken invoice queries to CX for a resolution however, not once has the team dealt with them. They also let companies register, run up debts with legitimate companies and then change their names so they never have to pay. Again lodged a complaint with CX and no action was taken.
