The Exchange is a great tool
The Exchange is a great tool. To be honest, it has declined a little over the years in my opinion, but it is still a fantastic asset to any courier or haulage business. It helps us cover work when we are stuck and obtain re-loads for our own returning vehicles.

Not as busy as it was
The app itself is good, but it isn’t as busy as it was, so drivers are now in a race to the bottom regarding prices they are offering to do a job for. Member companies have noticed this and are posting jobs telling you what they are going to pay, some want a hotshot direct delivery ASAP for 62ppm. Hopefully it’s cyclical but otherwise I will have to consider whether to stay on it

Do not Use this company !!
Do not Use this company !!! After asking for my subscription to be cancelled twice !! They still took over a thousand pound out of my account and will not refund because I should have blocked there direct debit there telling me .. my app never worked from the start kept going offline and there wasn’t any jobs around my area .. total scam . Please don’t join this company !! !! They can find me but I’ve been emailing them all morning ? Happy to send evidence .. do not delete my review. Firstly , the way this person is trying to act like this company cares about you is embarrassing .. check the last time I used this cx app , months and months ago .. I can show the evidence !! I asked to be removed because the app doesn’t have loads of work like they say.. and my app was constantly not working .. also I emailed to say please cancel my subscription with plentyyyy of notice . Ok I forgot to cancel you on my banking .. but does that mean you still take my money ? Just because I didn’t block you on my bank ? You find it acceptable to take my money after telling you twice by email .. ok so what these guys are saying .. if you tell us you don’t want to use us any more we will still try to take you’re money .. hmm sounds like theft ? it’s shambles .. honestly to all the hard working van drivers stay away 👍

Has been a good experience overall. Had few hiccups at the start during on boarding but issues were sorted by the support team. Platform itself is very good, App is very functional and never had any issues with the app. Would like to grow my account.

The support from CX Staff is amazing, from training to going operational - there is always someone to help you traverse the Courier Business.
