Avoid Courier Exchange
My experience with Courier Exchange has been incredibly disappointing. When their sales team first contacted me, they made all kinds of promises about how much I would earn—specifically, $1.22 per mile (though oddly, they referred to dollars instead of pounds, which was confusing and misleading given we’re in the UK). They told me I’d have plenty of jobs, constant backloads, and that their platform was a game-changer. However, after paying the subscription, the reality was completely different. The customer support team Stopped calling because they sold me and that’s was it. They never mentioned during the sales pitch that you would have to quote for every single lead. This hidden detail makes it even harder to secure jobs, and the promises of consistent work turned out to be false. The jobs are sparse, the backloads are rare, and the earnings they promised simply don’t exist. The whole experience felt like I was being sold a dream just to get me to sign up. Once they had my money, none of what they advertised came true. I wouldn’t recommend this platform to anyone. 0 stars to them and Stay away from CX.
