I think cosmetic RX is a great company if you have a question simply call there customer service phone number they answer promptly and fully take care of your needs also there pricing is very low compared to others and it will not change I highly recommend them

No product
I place an order on 1/19/24 and have still not received the item. I have talked to several people over the past month and they tell me they will check with the doctor and still nothing. It seems like the customer sevice people just want to get you off the phone. I have asked them to refund my credit card if I won't be getting the product and still no response.

The product is fine but the…
The product is fine but the communication is awful. They prefer communication over IM but take days sometimes never to respond. And ypu get no notification when they do reply, you just have to keep logging into your dashboard to see of there is a new message. When you finally find a number to talk to a human they do work to resolve your issue. Just wish they could make it easier on their customers.
