Semaglutide Order

I made the mistake of purchasing a Groupon for CosmeticRX for semaglutide. I do not recommend using this company for your weight loss needs. They did a bait and switch during the ordering process, did not communicate the next steps in the ordering process, and refused to work with me after my package was stolen. Below are further details. Once I placed my order on 11/2/24, I received a text message and a phone call from Erin on 11/4/24 saying I needed to schedule a phone consultation. On 11/5/24, I spoke with Erin and she said that my order with the Groupon voucher did not go through successfully and that I needed to place another order using her coupon code. Erin also said I needed to send my labwork directly to her email, which I did on 11/5/24. I placed a second order using Erin's coupon code on 11/5/24 and emailed her my lab work. Between 11/5/24 and 11/9/24 there was no progress on my order. Throughout this time, I contacted support via email, texted Erin, and also messaged support on the Dashboard messaging system. Support finally responded and directed me to resend my labwork directly to them, which I did on 11/9/24. After that, there was no communication from CosmeticRX about my order. On 11/17/24 I reached out to CosmeticRX via email and through their Dashboard messaging requesting the tracking number. They provided it and I realized the package had been stolen off my porch after being delivered on 11/14/24. When I contacted Support to let them know the package was stolen and I had reported the issue to FedEx, they told me they couldn't do anything since they had no control over the package reaching the intended recipient. They said I could pay $179 plus $30 for shipping for another semaglutide order to be sent to me. They would not allow me to use the Groupon voucher I purchased, which hadn't been used due to Erin's instructions earlier in the ordering process. I explained to them that they can require signatures and send tracking information when a package is shipped (not after it is delivered). They stood by their lack of accountability, poor customer service, and poor communication. I had to dispute the $30 shipping charge with my credit card company and contact Groupon to get the amount I paid for the voucher refunded.
