I’m reviewing my phone call with Erin! She is a delight! She’s very helpful and explains things well so that I understand her responses. I’ve spoken with her a few times now. She’s been responsive about returning my calls and that means a lot. I hope her bright and beaming personality means that I won’t have one of the other experiences others have shared as I havent paid shipping or anything yet so I’ll be sure to come back after for a thorough review of the rest of my experience!
