First (insulation) phase completed today by Consumer Energy Solutions to insulate our home, install a air source heat pump and fit solar panels. The insulation stage work was done by Keiran and Ashley. Superb workmanship; they were fast, efficient, very polite and went above and beyond to get all the work done. A 5 star service from two skilled and hardworking young men. Thanks guys you were great👍👍
We had Nathan & Keelan as the insulation installation team. They were punctual, professional and kept work areas tidy and safe. They accommodated slight adjustments, and also made sure all work complied with current Building Regulations, even conducting remedial work on the existing building structure to ensure compliance. They kept us informed at all stages of work to ensure minimal disruption to household activities, and pet movements, going above and beyond expectations. A thoroughly professional and friendly team, who we had for two weeks working in the property and installed very high quality work.
From the first survey in Februay to completion of work in July the company have communicated promptly and efficiently and have supplied tradespeople of the highest calibre. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and every last scrap of rubbish was cleared. They have been a pleasure to do business with.

We are very happy with our installation, heat pump through to the radiators, unvented cylinder and solar, lots of trades through out the week, who were polite and able to work with minimal mess. We are now able to reap the benefits. Many thanks Justin
Installation of new heating radiators, cylinder and Heat pump plus inverter and Solar panels. A big project installation in our house and garden. We are situated high above the town of Harlech with access to the house along a 3/4 mile track. All staff concerned with the installation did an excellent well designed job in an amazingly efficient and skill way. No snags great work accomplished in a short time target with no inconvenience to us al all. Great informed technical help to familiarise ourselves with the highly technical system. A big thanks to all involved including delivery of equipment and collection of redundant system and rubbish. Highly recommended as the system is now working perfectly as considerable savings to the environment and our heating costs which are now projected by Octopus Energy to be 66% lower than before.
Awful from start to date....I can't write finished as nothing is finished. This has to be the worse company I have dealt with, they hound you at the start to get the work booked in, once the job starts you can't communicate with them. In 10 days they have plastered two walls, this involved screwing wood and board onto the wall, somehow they have managed to drill into a pipe, shut down my heating system and left me without electric. Unfortunately Consumer Energy see the ECO4 scheme as a quick, easy way to make money and do not care about the customer or their property. There are plenty of other professional companies that operate under this scheme so make sure you shop around!
Really over the moon with our new system installed by Consumer Energy Solutions, from start to finish, the whole experience has been very well communicated and planned to fine details keeping us informed of every step. The trademans have been very professional, knowledgeable, and very curious at all times. Big well done, everyone, I would highly recommend Consumer Energy Solutions to anyone and big shout out to Osian for his personal touch.
From our first contact to the final inspection visits I can’t fault Consumer Energy Solutions for their service. All the installation teams (we had ventilation, solar panels and an air source heat pump installed) were excellent. They were friendly, efficient, knew exactly what they were doing and very thorough. All our systems are working perfectly and we’re already seeing substantial savings in electricity and oil consumption. The whole process has been fully documented & accredited, and the final inspections were very thorough. I have no hesitation in recommending Consumer Energy Solutions.
Atrocious customer service. We have had 3 surveys booked in after supposedly qualifying for a grant for solar panels and heat pump and associated heating system. The first appointment we got a call at the time of the appointment telling us the surveyor has car issues which if true, they would have known about 5 hours before yet the only informed us at the time of the appointment. The second two appointments were no shows and despite the company calling me the day before to remind me every time, and waiting in for 3 half days for them to attend, they have not shown up nor communicated with us to apologise. When you have to take time off work for these appointments it's not acceptable to just not turn up. I tried calling their customer service number but you just remain on hold forever and no queue number to even suggest you're approaching the opportunity to speak with someone. Very disappointed
The friendly professionalism of both Jon and Kieron, experienced and exceptional plasterers working for CES, was greatly appreciated. Their communication was thoughtful and understanding, discussion of preparation was invaluable, in advance of each room to be plastered, advice and assistance was shared to help make the work flow and run smoothly throughout our home. Minimal disruption was caused and all debris or work mess was cleared at the end of each day. Their excellent skills and techniques mean that our walls are finished with ‘smooth as silk’ surfaces which are ready to paint, the most perfect blank canvas! Jon and Kieron’s work ethic was exemplary, which made for a pleasant, polite and agreeable working atmosphere of mutual respect. A conscientious and fabulous team that we highly recommend to others who have CES work on their homes.
