First (insulation) phase completed today by Consumer Energy Solutions to insulate our home, install a air source heat pump and fit solar panels. The insulation stage work was done by Keiran and Ashley. Superb workmanship; they were fast, efficient, very polite and went above and beyond to get all the work done. A 5 star service from two skilled and hardworking young men. Thanks guys you were great👍👍
We had Nathan & Keelan as the insulation installation team. They were punctual, professional and kept work areas tidy and safe. They accommodated slight adjustments, and also made sure all work complied with current Building Regulations, even conducting remedial work on the existing building structure to ensure compliance. They kept us informed at all stages of work to ensure minimal disruption to household activities, and pet movements, going above and beyond expectations. A thoroughly professional and friendly team, who we had for two weeks working in the property and installed very high quality work.
From the first survey in Februay to completion of work in July the company have communicated promptly and efficiently and have supplied tradespeople of the highest calibre. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and every last scrap of rubbish was cleared. They have been a pleasure to do business with.

We were offered a heat pump and solar panels by CES which is of great money saving benefit to us and also benefits the environment. Fortunately we were able to retain our oil boiler and radiators because of the a hybrid system. This proved very beneficial as there was less disruption and it was also time economic. CES were very efficient at organising the various work projects. All the various skilled people who worked at the house were friendly and considerate in carrying out their work. We are very pleased with the finished project and would thoroughly recommend CES.
All the fitters and site manager who came to our home were amazing the fitters had a difficult time putting up the easyfit but they percevered they were extremely hard working ,this also is inclusive of the electricians, Plumbers , solar fitters and engineers they were always polite and always tidied up before they left couldn't have asked for a better team to carry out the work
I was called about a government grant for insulation/heating/solar package. In next to no time at all the works started. A massive upheaval and mess (not without issues but all overcome) but absolutely well worth it for the end result. The insulation installers went above and beyond expectations. Electrician was late or didn't turn up But did a fab job. Heating/plumbing installers were brilliant, working in the extreme heat and in a boiling loft/sauna. Pest control man was lovely and visited 3 times with a good outcome. Had a leak in water tank but soon sorted. Solar team install was fab. Above all a good job done with a massive improvement in the warmth of our home not to mention the savings on my electricity usage and the added bonus of earning quite a good amount back from the smart export. Thoroughly recommended CES and all I can say is THANK YOU for calling me about the grant. Your team have been amazing and I wish I could remember their names to give them all brilliant individual reviews but I can't. They all know who they are though.
Considering the huge volume of works carried out at our house it went really well. Everybody that came were polite, friendly and very clear in their explanations of what they were doing, they were good ambassadors of this company. Especially outstanding were the electricians Liam and Carwyn and the solar boys Calum and Aaron. It was a big job affecting all aspects of my home but they respected the property and were especially kind to my little dog who thought they had all come to play with her.
Today I had solar panels fitted by Calum smith and arron. They turned up at 8 am like they said they would and introduced themselves and explained what they needed to do and answered all of my questions. They were very professional and an asset to the company. They worked very hard and made sure the install was perfect. They cleaned up after themselves made me a very happy customer. I will definitely recommend Calum and arron to everyone and also consumer energy solutions have been Amazing too. Thank you so much

Mixed review here as the plumbers who were actually from Heatforce were amazing and did a great job very friendly, but the CES office team completely let there service down. We have had issues but the aftercare is non existent and the office team do not do what they say there going to do. My roof has been damaged we have to keep a bucket under the ceiling which now has gone mouldy, we had no problems prior to works commencing. Due to the office staff and poor communications I would not recommend.
Two really good lads . Done a very tidy job every thing neat and tidy Calum and Aaron .Top notch .
