Atrocious customer service
Atrocious customer service. We have had 3 surveys booked in after supposedly qualifying for a grant for solar panels and heat pump and associated heating system. The first appointment we got a call at the time of the appointment telling us the surveyor has car issues which if true, they would have known about 5 hours before yet the only informed us at the time of the appointment. The second two appointments were no shows and despite the company calling me the day before to remind me every time, and waiting in for 3 half days for them to attend, they have not shown up nor communicated with us to apologise. When you have to take time off work for these appointments it's not acceptable to just not turn up. I tried calling their customer service number but you just remain on hold forever and no queue number to even suggest you're approaching the opportunity to speak with someone. Very disappointed
