Amazing customer service.
My order arrived quickly, however Royal Mail delivered it to the wrong address. When I reached out to Coffee Friend they replied immediately and offered to send a replacement order when Royal Mail had sent something to them in writing to confirm they would pay for the replacement. When I received my kettle I couldn't figure out how to fit the UK 3 prong converter plug. When I emailed them asking for help, customer service replied on the same day with an instruction document which I followed. Very helpful and responsive customer service.
