Very professional, courteous, prompt, clean, and very helpful.

THe WORST ever! I specifically asked if they were a broker, and Eric outright lied. I told them they should come see the home to give a proper quote, and he chided me that he's done this for years and he knows what he's doing. Yes he does, he knows he is ripping off people left and right!!! He told me they were one of the largest moving companies in the country, and it turns out they are only a rip off broker and overcharged me approx 3k prior to even the actual moving costs. I called to add a few items to move and each time they charged my credit card for the additional items, yet they did not relay to the actual mover these changes and so they ended up charging me an additional 3k, so it ended u costing me well over 8k for the move when the quote was around 5k. DO NOT use these crooks. THen to see them advertise on UTUBE made me sick. They put on the fake happy clients and watching them defraud the public even further made me sick so I thought Id report them to save others from the horrible experience I had with these crooks. LYING, cheating, and by far the worst move Ive ever had. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! ERic is a smooth talker so stay away!

Great service. The movers were really helpful and accommodating. They wrapped all the furniture nicely. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

They are professional, courteous, punctual, and careful with my stuff. I was worried they would go slowly because they were being paid by the hour, but they were swift. Overall, the best moving experience I've had.

The onsite Foreman and moving crew were excellent. They arrived on time and were very professional. They moved everything and assembled our furniture in a timely manner in our new home. Prior to the move in day, I wish there was more transparency with how their system worked. We were quoted for all of our pieces of furniture and actually started our move early into our new home. I’d read the fine print on how many cubic feet is reserved compared to how much they actually put in the quote of your estimated moving items. There was a large discrepancy and ultimately our cost increased dramatically on the day of the move.

Horrible experience with this company. Don't bother! The price increased after my belongings were already in route. Once the delivery truck was close, they demanded an extra $500 saying they didn't realize their truck couldn't get into my apartment complex. My delivery address did not change, but their price did. They said if I didn't pay the new fee, my belongings would be tossed. Do yourself a favor and use anyone else but Coastal Moving!

Excellent work thanks for Omar and Hector for moving me Today from Novato to SF , the guys were so fast loaded and unloading the truck in less than five hours, I recommend coastal service for any one moving out, this is the company!

I liked the transparency. Coastal told me upfront that Loadrans would handle the move, and I’m glad they did. The Loadrans crew was amazing they wrapped all my furniture and worked with a smile.

Used Coastal Moving Services for my move. After all my stuff was picked up (Saturday, August 16), I was told it would be at destination a week from my first available date (8/22 so should be at destination by 8/29). I got a call the following Wednesday (8/20) saying my move was being loaded and would arrive in 4-5 days. 5 days later, nothing. I call and ask when its coming and they say it never got loaded because the driver cancelled so now it wouldn't be loaded until Thursday (8/28) and would arrive Saturday or Sunday (a day or 2 after the date I was given as the last possible date it would arrive). No one ever bothered to update me, no phone call, nothing. I tell them I start work Friday and ask if they can try to get it there sooner. They say "we'll see what we can do." Again, I get no update until I call Wednesday and they say it'll be loaded Thursday (I'd bet all the money I have they did not make the slightest effort to get it there sooner). Get the text Thursday saying its loaded and will be there in 3-4 days and I'll get a call 24 hours before (8/31 or 9/1. Now several days after the "last possible arrival" date I was given. Now we're on day 3 and still no call saying it'll be here by tomorrow so I'm once again calling them for an update on what the delay is this time, when they should be calling me about the delays, AND THERE SHOULDN'T BE THIS MANY DELAYS!!!!!! We're now over a week after when I as told my things would arrive and several days after what I was given as the "last possible arrival" dates. I'm getting no updates unless I call (and when I do its always a 20 minute ordeal to get anyone who knows what they're talking about. Will NEVER use them for a move again

Coastal baits you in, they lie, they overcharge, they send sub par moving companies. Their customer service is bad. They are very argumentative. Who argues with a customer that hires you to do business? They defend their sub par movers. They don't list what you tell them you're moving. They low ball you and say their"quality assurance " team will call and go over everything you have before you move. They dropped the ball on that. No compensation for their error. Just a bad all around service company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM!
