HORRIBLE! DO NOT TO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They're a broker out of Florida that will NOT help you if there's any problems with who they book you with. They talk a great game until you've paid and then drop you completely. They'll book you with another moving who is absolute crap: Loadrans. They are just terrible, unethical scammers, and Coastal Moving recommends them. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH COASTAL MOVING!

I recently moved from New Jersey to Florida and had the best experience! The initial call was very informative which I appreciated since this was my first time ever moving long distance. I reserved a few months ahead of time to save on the rate and make sure my dates were secured. I am glad that was offered to me since I had quite a few changes with my inventory and packing services along the way. I will recommend being thorough with inventory and asking as many questions as you can so there are no surprises for the crew. This company is patient, experienced and happy to help. I was so stressed about using a moving company and moving long distance for the first time but they gave me so much confidence and security during the entire process. Move in day was such a breeze, the crew was a pleasure to be with and they made my new house feel like a home. I could have never been able to do this without them!! I am a customer for life.

Major Thank You to Eric!! What a down to earth, sincere salesman without making us feel rushed or like we were another number. He gave us a wonderful price and our move went as smooth as pie. ( I am a southern woman and love my precious old collectibles!!) We moved to Texas from Florida and it settled all of our nerves to have worked with Eric. TL-DR: This is a bait & switch outfit. A broker who will lowball estimates, cash that, then pass the contract on to a Mover that triples the price after your 72 hour cancel period starts. I was quoted a $5k move that now has risen to a staggering $17k - the vendor they sent has 100% negative reviews across the spectrum. My quote skyrocketed on the 01/03 - just as the 72 hour exclusion process began for cancellation, first to double, & then later more than triple. It is unthinkable that such predatory business practices are going unpunished. It is also telling that both Coastal Moving & their Sub Contractors have few if any public review locations. Like thieves, they operate best in the dark.

Reliable and responsive that’s Coastal Moving. I was uneasy using mover for my out of state move. Would have just rented a truck. But I am glad I didn’t after seeing how much work went into it. Leading up to the move, during, and after. Whenever I had a question and needed to call they answered the phone to help. Could have been happier.
