My Rating is based purely on my experience with Kerry Little as an individual and her customer service towards myself and my husband whilst selling our property, although there was quite a few set backs within the process Kerry was always, polite, honest and professional which was hugely appreciated and well received.

My house move has been handled by Jo Goddard, Sales Progressor at Charters. Jo introduced herself to me at the start of our process and she kept me updated each week. She has been informative and friendly. On the occasion when I had questions, Jo was always happy to answer these questions and if she was busy with other clients she always rang me back. I felt fully supported by Jo and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to other clients.

Big thank to Amelia Haines. We had been to many of Agent but this one feel more welcome and thank to Amelia Haines that help us to find the right home.

Sophie at charters was extremely helpful and responded rapidly to any queries. Im happy with the service and will recommend it to fellow peers.

I have recently sold a house through Charters Winchester. The service was good and was continually communicated with on regarding viewings and feedback etc. What has really impressed me is the ongoing follow up and communication once the sale was agreed all the way through to exchange and completion. We have recently completed a house sale and purchase. We used Charters as our agent to sell our property and do not regret this choice one bit! We were fussy in that we did not want to go online, Paul accommodated this request and they managed to find us a buyer within a week. The team were always available and did all the viewings for us. After we accepted an offer, Jo managed our sale extremely well to completion. All in all a very positive experience.

Jane made our house hunting easy. At a time when property in the area and price bracket we were searching for were like rocking-horse poo, she came up with options when other agents didn't bother. She never gave up and was utterly delightful on viewings. We bought through another agent - they just had the right house at the right time - but she was simply the best!

I have recently rented a property through the Farnham office and the whole process has been made stress-free. We were on a very tight schedule timewise for getting into the property and without the help from Saty, Kirstie and Jacqui it wouldn't have happened, they were all Excellent, Very professional and so prompt with everything. Wonderful service from Lucie at Charters Fleet. Excellent communication and very helpful throughout the process. I had to speak with Lucie about some issues on my credit file and give some context around them regarding some issues I has last year with my health. I was very anxious about this renting process because of this and Lucie was brilliant. Very understanding and kind and made it all much less stressful! Would defo recommend this company and Lucie. She was amazing.

I only have positive comments to make about Cameron from Charters, Chandlers Ford. I was very time limited and to ensure I was able to view some houses, Cameron arranged the viewings for a Sunday morning, when he was not working, met me at the properties and showed me around. This commitment goes far and beyond what I would expect from any estate agent.
