Wonderful service from Lucie at Charters Fleet. Excellent communication and very helpful throughout the process. I had to speak with Lucie about some issues on my credit file and give some context around them regarding some issues I has last year with my health. I was very anxious about this renting process because of this and Lucie was brilliant. Very understanding and kind and made it all much less stressful! Would defo recommend this company and Lucie. She was amazing.
