After a few years, I decided to withdraw my 3 ETH from CEX.IO and transfer them to my friend's account, because my daughter is planning to get married. The transaction took 7 hours, after which I received a message:
"Your recent withdrawal has been rejected." And "Rejection reason: Something went wrong. Please give us a few moments while we fix the issue."
The next day I received an email from Bohdan Bunchuk, Head of Account Management, CEX.IO, (we had a very good communication in the previous months regarding some other explanations) where he tells me this:
"I am reaching out to you regarding your recent crypto withdrawal of 9980 USDT. Could you please clarify the destination of your withdrawal, e.g. another platform, your self served wallet, etc. Also, please specify the name of the wallet/platform. I will be looking forward to your reply soon." The next message was: "Could you please specify under what conditions you are sending these funds to a friend? Where did you meet this person (in live or on the Internet)?"
I explained everything nicely and then the answer came:
"I will check your case with the team. As soon as we have an update, we will reach back out to you. In the meantime, have a great day."
It's been 10 days and there's been no response, even though I've been sending messages in the meantime.
Even their AI assistant said he doesn't see any problem
I don't understand, what is my case, when you can clearly see that everything is clear and clean and why they don't allow me to transfer my funds
I hope someone from CEX.IO will read this and help me speed up this process.
P.S.
If everything goes well soon, maybe someone from CEX.IO will get a wedding invitation.
P.S.-2
Today is my birthday and maybe is good moment for some kind present from CEX.IO, something like possibility a withdrawal of my funds
P.S.
yesterday we solve all problem. Today everything is OK.The main problem was, why don't you allow me to send funds to third parties? Does this apply to all your users?
