Lost access to account and now there is…
Lost access to account and now there is no way to regain access. By far the worst customer service I have ever encountered (and no I'm not dropping my info on this response because it's a security issue). Trying to get a hold of a human to talk to about my issue has been a massive pain. You basically need to work through a bunch of Automated Responses before you can get in a line to get info a chat with one of their agents which I have tried multiple times to do and have yet to connect with an actual person.
