Today we finally put Castle waters to…

Today we finally put Castle waters to bed. Our relationship with castle waters. aka Thames water and the absolute shambles of a company that this is, having you on hold for hours and hours per week. I must say today I called up to be refunded for an over payment of £2.36 and through the chat services spoke to the most competent representative I have over the last 3 years of this nightmare. a system that is completely broken when raising a ticket for incorrect charges they don't have an actual process just whom ever picks up that random email and without looking at your complaint or raised ticket they will have their collections department and red letters coming through your door like Usian Bolt. To say we are ecstatic to be leaving would be an understatement and such a huge scam to have customers automatically allocated to castle water without choice.
