Chris Friel was my contact. He readily understood my difficulty as our office manager has left and I was trying to clarify my contact with Castle - who we pay by direct debit. He guided my carefully and was patient in solving the problem.

Personal customer care resolved difficulties

Although there were IT difficulties on the day of my phone call Lysa has nw sucesfully added my email to the account so I can access invoices etc. I have found that the people at Castle Water work to assist us as customers and are easier to deal with than Electicity or mobile phone companies.

The worst company ever

The worst company I have ever dealt with, appalling, rude and uncaring. Watch out for £240 sundry and £100 charges when you make a late payment ! Don’t go with this company !! If it had no stars I would give them that

Abi Beevers is Fantastic

Abi Beevers is fantastic, an absolute credit to the company. My site had been identified as having mains sewage, when it doesn’t. As a result the quotes I was getting from water companies included a charge for sewage. I spoke to another company who couldn’t have been less helpful, but Abi made enquiries with her team, sorted it all out for me and didn’t pass me off to other people meaning I didn’t need to keep explaining the issue. In a time where customer service seems to be lacking in this country, Abi genuinely stood out.

I cannot speak more highly of the service I received today from Scott Ross of Castle Water I had a account problem caused by me being attacked in a attempted Robbery which caused me to be hospitalized and Ross was both understanding and supportive he spoke with his supervisor and sorted everything out for me a 1st class employee and asset to the company

Alfred Darosha

Alfred Darosha A lovely gentleman who was clearly confident in his job, reassured me my problem can and will be sorted. Pointed me to the right direction and made the whole customer experience efficient and pleasant. Never have a bad word to say about the individuals I've spoken to directly at castle water, unfortunately the accounts team seem to be a little lacking in doing their job.
