Very quick service, I spoke with Isaac and he was very polite and helpful about my policy and always made sure that if I had any questions they would be answered straight away

One thing that has made my experience great already is the women on the phone who called to discuss everything about my policy (lauren i think) she was extremely helpful and answered everything question that i was unsure about.

I spoke to Lewis M this morning & he was great, answered and assisted me very quickly. He made sure I was aware of the policy, spoke clearly and offered a few times if I have any questions or needed to double check anything. He answered all my questions and was patient, thank you again.

Everything was explained to me very clearly and in great detail, it really helped me to understand my policy and what to do as well as expect for the future.

Please don’t go with this company. I was with them for 6 months and it was the worse decision of my life , my black box was giving me speeding points for driving 30 mph on a 30 mph road . They cancelled my insurance because my black box was not in the country position. Just please don’t go with them tho they are cheaper but you will get your insurance cancelled for no reason please don’t do it

The lady on the phone was helpful in terms of informing me regarding my telematics device. Carrot are good in terms of recording speed and letting you know if there are any issues such as speeding too much
