I will NEVER use this carrentals.co.uk again and let other to beware. I book a car in August 2020 and arranged to pick it up in Heathrow Airport. The Airline delayed the plane and I need to pick up the car later. I called carrentals.co.uk to make arrangement. The ONLY answer I got is No, No, No and No, They take away my booking money over GBP500 and make NO other arrangement except take away my money. Finally, I have to go to another car rental company to book another car again and lost GBP500 booking money in carrentals.co.uk.

Very good price and service. And good terms for the price.

I like Carrentals because they have good coverage of the market, offer cancellation close to the date of hire and have, in my dealings with them, been quick and flexible in their service. Occasional problems do happen with the actual car hire companies, but in those cases I've found Carrentals to be helpful when they can.

Excellent straightforward service which saves time and money

Mostly the reviews I guess are good because it’s very easy to have a website that is easy to use and takes your money. You only realise if the company is good or bad in reality if you have a problem which I have and I’m afraid I’m not very impressed with the service. A generic response which doesn’t really help when a query is raised, maybe I expected too much?

Contact person was friendly. The car was in excellent condition. Everything you expect from a car rental company. Easy and fast service without any hassle.

Brilliant company. Have used them in the past for Florida car hire and never had any issues with my booking when collecting the car. Just had to cancel a booking for July in Orlando due to Covid-19 and received a full refund. It was an easy process and no fighting required...unlike our airline. I wish every company was as easy to deal with, particularly under these unusual circumstances. Will absolutely be booking through carrentals.co.uk next time. Guaranteed future customer.

Excellent customer service and response when asked for a change of date due to flight delay

Using Carrentals.co.uk, I got a wonderful deal on a car for my vacation. No other company could come even close to matching the rate. Unfortunately due to the pandemic my wife and I had to leave for home early, but when we return to Spain to finish seeing that lovely country, I will definitely be using Carrentals.co.uk.
