Terrible company ! Disgusting agents... after my complaint they paid me compensation.

Nearly two hrs On the phone 45 mins I was then being transferred for a quote Then I started again same information Finally sorted questions repeatedly repeated data repeatedly repeated then 20 minutes to cancel The policy Never had a problem with carol nash
Saved £130 got hassle free fully explained cover in 10 minutes , after a nightmare experience with a less reputable company
On line service is terrible. Telephone service is very very good.

Had insurance just under an hour when I got an email saying that one of my accidents is still pending both was resolved when I asked for a refund I was told we wouldn’t be charging you for cancellation what a joke plus I’ve been told I have to wait 10 days for my money back not acceptable poor customer service
