The sales person Umut Degirman gave us a good guided test drive, and a good advice on the function of the car. The sales manager also very helpful.

I had the most horrific experience recently with Stephen Nicholas. This man was passive aggressive throughout my whole interaction with him. He kept stating that the test drive would be no more than 2 mins long and made sarcastic comments throughout. I had previously only looked at a couple of cars previously and this time wanted to test drive the model before deciding on whether it suited my needs. He kept huffing and puffing throughout the test drive, muttering ‘Jesus’ under his breath making me nervous and was rude and aggressive following the test drive. I had literally walked with enough money to make a cash deposit and at 20K+ I want to be certain of my purchase. However he implied I had wasted his time and kept demanding to know why I didn’t want it. He ended abruptly in a slang Jamaican accent that he’s giving me back my driving licence. I have recently received a payout and can literally afford any car on that forecourt. This man wrote me off as a time waster because he expected me to purchase the one and only car I tried out, demanding to know what’s the issue and why I wasn’t buying there and then. How often do people buy clothes or shoes without trying them out? He is a rude and despicable human being and was condescending throughout. I have never experienced such rudeness from a so called ‘sales person’ in all my life. I manage a team of thirty staff and would never tolerate behaviour like that from any of them. The fact that he gets away with this type of behaviour speaks volumes and reflects badly on this company. I work for one of the biggest legal companies in this country and have shared my experience with colleagues through our communications website. Weeks later and I am still fuming, I do not recommend anyone to do any deals through him unless you want to leave Car Giant suffering with anxiety after experiencing his bullying tactics. I stand by every word I have written here.

Good evening.. my name is Emanuel Fernandes I bought a car in March 2024 from car giant a Nissan qashqai registration number DT69OSD just in case they reading this review they can verify I'm not lying.. I bought this car March and last week December 7 2024 the battery was flat.. I jump started it.. next day the same thing.. I took it to Halford they said the alternator is draining my battery.. I called car giant they said there is nothing they can do.. I have warranty so i should contact the warranty people.. the warranty people gave me a couple of garages to call.. Every garage I contact is worse than the last one.. and when you contact the garages they deal with you one way.. but as soon you mention the warranty company that sent you over to them the conversation change.. They basically don't wanna deal with spectrum insurance.. I don't know why.. but this is not the way you treat your customers.. I still have my vehicle with me because this is looking like a scam. Hopefully I'm wrong.
This is the 4th car we have bought from Cargiant. The overall process from start to end was pretty good however, there were two minor issues: Key Retrieval: The process of obtaining keys required multiple trips back to the dealership, which was inconvenient, especially in cold weather. Providing customers with all necessary keys at the time of purchase would significantly improve this aspect. Fuel Level: The purchased vehicle, despite its £24,000 price tag, had an extremely low fuel level (approximately 2 liters). This created a stressful situation as we struggled to find a nearby petrol station before the vehicle ran out of fuel.
Great customer service from Mo, who looked after us, despite having a handful of other customers at the same time. Helped our process go a whole lot smoother.

**DO NOT BUY FROM CARGIANT** If you’re thinking about buying a car from here PLEASE don’t. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Brought vehicle back in October. Many issues with the car 1 week after having it. After sales team absolutely appalling did not help, refused rejection. They do not care for their customers once you’ve paid thousands of pounds for a car they’re not interested. Also feel staff are untrained in cars and no one really understands what you’re talking about. No managers ever available to take your call. I am Left to take to a main dealership for a full diagnostic check. Now having to take legal action against car giant I have never experienced anything like this in my life. Don’t go here you will be out of pocket !!
