Excellent customer service. Professional, efficient, helpful and friendly staff. Arrived at 10am, drove out with new car at 1pm with everything sorted..looked over car, test drove it, agreed finance and paid deposit. Car Giant prepared car did checks, provided car manual, spare keys, warranty, service book and tyre pressure kit. Thank you Car Giant. A pleasant experience

I have purchased four cars from CarGiant, which reflects my loyalty as a customer. However, my recent experience has been incredibly frustrating. When I bought my latest car, the customer advisor assured me that the warranty offered was of the highest quality. Despite my hesitation, I was convinced to take it based on their promises. When the time came for my car’s service, I contacted the warranty provider, only to discover that if any issues were found to be my fault, I would be required to pay a £125 fee before any work could be done. This was not made clear to me during the sale, and it felt like a trap. Additionally, I found it very strange that with my last two cars, I encountered the same problem: the front camera stopped working. This raises concerns about the overall quality of the vehicles being sold. It appears that the sales representatives at CarGiant are more focused on making a sale than ensuring customer satisfaction. I feel misled and disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the warranty and the recurring issues with the vehicles. As a loyal customer, I expected much better service. I urge potential buyers to be cautious about the warranties offered and to do thorough research before making any commitments. My experience has left me questioning whether I will return to CarGiant for future purchases.

The Sales Advisor Umut D, was excellent. He was personable and very knowledgeable about cars. He was able to answer every question and answer us best as possible. He was clear in his explanations and I feel a perfect role model for the company. I say this as it's very hard nowadays to find people commited to customer service and satisfaction.
