Sales advisor took time to explain everything in detail which was very nice but the only negative was the test drive as it was pointless due to not being able to drive the vehicle properly! Other than that rest was good!

Brought a car from car giant over a week ago and purchased 2 year warranty. They said they would email the warranty which hasn’t happened. Chased it 4 times now and every time I ring they say give me your email and I will forward it. Never happens. Happy to take my money but can’t supply what I’ve brought. NOT GOOD !
