I have a major problem that requires urgent attention, yet all my attempts to communicate with the manager have been rejected. I have reached out multiple times via email, phone calls, and even during my visits to the company, but I was not allowed to speak to or meet with the manager. This reflects an unacceptable level of service from a company of Cargiant’s size and reputation. I expect my issue to be taken seriously and resolved immediately, including arranging a meeting with the manager to discuss the matter. If no action is taken, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this further and share my negative experience more widely.”
