Good company run by a great team of staff.

Andy sir was a great guy who served my and my wife for the purchase of our first vehicle since coming to the uk new and recent. He informed us what we need to do and how to get better insurance also. Very thankful to have come to Car Firm and very greatful for the help i recieved.

Got a van from car firm today to add to my fleet. Good service and clean stock of vans and cars.

A fantastic buying experience. No poor ot defiant sales tactics. Very straight and direct sales approach. I was left to explore the vehicle i purchased being a mercedes e63. A very clean example and meticulously prepared before i arrived. I cannot be more thrilled!

Nice and easy to deal with. Brought my first car from car firm today absoloutely buzzing. Guys in the office were very sound and got me a good deal on finance i didnt think i could have the car the same day but everything got done so fast and i took the car away within the hour of viewing and test driving it.

Top service. Good team all very friendly and easy to talk to. Paid £100 to reserve a van last night out of hours. Salesman called me this morning and discussed everything and i went over to view the van in the afternoon. Topped up my deposit didnt ask for payment up front which was good and collection mid week once fresh mot done. Nice easy transaction

Brought a car from this garage today and had it delivered. Very efficient service. I am very pleased how within 48 hours of enquiring my new car is sat on my driveway. Personalised video showing the car and all its equipment was presented to me and i could not be happier. 5*+ service

Skoda for uber use brought from car firm. Car runs lovely and have had no issues. I have done now 3200 miles in a month in the car. The customer service i have had has been really good.

Very good service here with lots of lovely motors to select from. Staff did not apply any sales tactics or pressure the sale in anyway. I was met by the sales manager who spoke to me and explained further to Andy the sales man on the extended warranty cover which was a great option to take up. Highly recomend anyone looking for a car to shop with Car Firm.

Very pleased with the general buying experience that I fortunately had at car firm. The team were amazing, I was not forced or persuaded to buy anything. Initially I came down to view a 2 year old Ford Fiesta, I ended up buying a 4 year old Audi A3. I’m glad I was given the opportunity to test drive 3 cars as I definitely made the right decision. The showroom have so many cars and a huge variety of makes and models to choose from. I will definitely only be using car firm for my purchasing going forward. They deserve this five star, well earned.

Poor customer service, only care until you have put your money in their bank. Please be careful if you are considering buying from this garage, rethink and go elsewhere. Really disappointing

Bought a car online (first time) watched the full walk round video and test drive, had several questions that were answered well, any other info I wanted was presented in good time, delivery was well communicated and even dropped to match the website price as they had forgot to increase it due to fuel prices. Nice transparent sale.. good experience, many thanks

Bought a car for a sizeable amount of money. Major faults discovered with the car within the first day. Chased Car Firm by email and phone, eventually no replies/solution forthcoming from them. Legal route initiated and on going. There are other 1 star reviews of same issues from other customers who have had to go down the legal action route with this company. Read all 1 star reviews on as many different review sites as you can before even contemplating buying from Car Firm. Buyer beware.

Good service from This company. They were very good and worked really fast. The car I picked was excellent couldn’t fault it one bit and I had it delivered home free of charge
