called car firm after my caddy broke down and was too expensive to fix. told them i need a new van urgently as i had jobs booked with customers. they delivered my new caddy the next day! I was so surprised how quickly they managed to get everything done for me and kept me informed the whole process. i would definitely recommend these guys if youre looking for a new van.

SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Usual sales tactics to get you to give them £100 FULLY REFUNDABLE deposit! 3 weeks go by and phone call after phone call for someone to call me back I finally get told the van needs a new turbo, so they sent it off to get a new one. I said I was happy to wait another week. A few days later I call to arrange a collection date. Again, no call back as promised. I then check their reviews!!! The red flags all round were enough for me to cancel and ask for my FULLY REFUNDABLE deposit back. Oh wait, I'm told NO! Because "I" agreed to the work being done on the van before the sale, therefore voiding my deposit. Now having to deal with the credit card company to get them to get my money back.

Picked up my new van last week and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Tom was brilliant—kept me updated every step of the way and even stayed late so I could collect after work. Genuine guy, no pressure, just solid service. Will definitely recommend!
Do not , I repeat Do Not buy a c car or van from this company!! I myself chose to ignore the bad reviews, but I should've known better !! They sold me a van with a dodgy Mot, as I checked it online the van had failed due to a windscreen wiper which was not clearing the windscreen. But miraculously on the second retest it managed to pass with the same windscreen wiper on the windscreen.. I took delivery of this van. It had a nail in one tire and a puncture in the spare. It had no wheel brace or wheel jack they clearly haven't checked the vehicle at all. It sounds like it was purchased from the auctions and sold on straight away, the service paperwork was very dodgy . I had a the van put through a second MOT, even though it had just passed the MOT , as I didn't trust them also for my and my family's safety!! The second MOT revealed more failures , headlights not aligned properly, also advisories which were not mentioned in the first Mot!! Car firm suggested that I take the matter up with the MOT station , but I pointed out that the vehicle Was not mine at this time,, I was not the owner!!! Another problem was the engine was full of sludge. I had to pay £178 to have the engine flushed out a new oil put in this needs to be done again. I have only owned the van for two days!! I contacted the company to reject the vehicle not fit for purpose under my 30 day consumer rights. This is now in the hands of the law Please, please avoid this company I was told by the delivery guy that they paid for fake reviews What does that tell you?

Really friendly and helpful staff, spoke to reece who helped my wife and I and gave us good advice on choosing a new work van for our small business. No pressure and very pleasant and professional. Needed a van quickly and everything was sorted in a matter of few days from reserving one to going down and browsing to making sure we’re were choosing the correct one for us.
This was the first time I have purchased a car in the manner I did. I purchased and arranged a deal through photos and video. Not something that I would normally be comfortable with. However, the integrity and helpful manner in which this transaction was delivered was extremely professionally.

If I could give zero stars I would. Head over to trust pilot as the company is that bent they have been paying for 5 star reviews. Look at the negative ones they are the real ones. I read them all and still decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I should have trusted my gutt instinct and walked away before parting with any money. Next il be going to trading standards and also every review site possible. It will end with court as these thieves still haven't refunded my money equating to a thousand pounds as someone else on another review had done to them. One way or another il get the money or my moneys worth. They have been warned and chose to steal my money instead! Distance buying i changed my mind after a couple of days and they won't give the deposit that is said to be refundable. £1000
THE MOST UPSETTING CAR PURCHASE EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD IN 35 YEARS. Reece, the salesperson seemed genuine. Car delivered and had issues with it. Ayhan, the sales manager then stalls any sort of conclusion for weeks through pretend repair quotes and doesn’t reply to calls or emails. We all have to wait up to 5 days for the company directors, Syed and Adil to respond as I’m told they don’t have their own email addresses (although they never actually responded from sales@...). Ayhan told me not to drive the car as not road worthy, yet they won’t make the car fit for purpose. Still unresolved and no correspondence from the showroom in Peterborough or the directors at their Luton site. BE PREPARED TO BE CONNED.
Fantastic service from Sam from start to finish. Such an easy friendly service. Communication was second to none, and the entire customer service was faultless. So happy with my new car!

We spoke to Sam who was well mannered and well spoken. He was very clear and straightforward to deal with. All questions were answered swiftly and reserved the van before we got down there to confirm everything was 100% as asam said it was and completing the deal.
Do not buy a vehicle from here , the engine lights and limp mode activated , on the trip home from picking the vehicle up , you cannot get to speak to a manager , apparently it’s against there policy , you have to go through the sales guys then they pass this info on , was told several times that they send a mechanic out everyday there was an excuse saying the mechanic was off sick , had to have a new catylitic converter fitted at a cost of £2200 to me , three garages said they must f known about this problem and just turned the engine lights off , the warranty they gave me when purchasing didn’t pay out saying it was wear and tear , Ignored my calls and emails Do not buy from here
