Friendly and professional staff. Reserved a car with a £100 deposit, went to see it. The car was lovely with all the relevant paperwork and they gave me a good price for my old car to make a easy change.
Super quick and professional service! Made all arrangements over the phone, the car was delivered to my house the next day in the exact same condition they said it was! Super quick and hassle free process!
Found a car I liked on their site, phoned them up and they arranged for me to come in the next day. I left with the car the same day I viewed it! Really pleased.
Deceptive! Price agreed on the phone. On site, they pushed all the usual rubbish to reduce my trade in value further. Hidden admin costs too to boost their profits. Once the sale was pushed through, I was then told I'd need to apply for the V5. Sold with a dodgy 12 month MOT by their mates down the road to mask a multitude of faults. Their valeting is first class though. Proved that you can actually polish a t urd. 1 week later and the horrendous signs of abuse came through. High pitch squeel developed from a worn timing belt pulley. Discs & pads needed all round. 2 blow outs. Drivers door seal worn and whistling. Air con compressor stopped working. White pen marks inside panels obtained from the scrappies. Took to a paint correction/detailing company who confirmed it had been in an unrecorded smash. The rear near side quarter had more filler than a plastic surgeons store room. A fake off site customer services line failed to achieve even a basic call back. AVOID like the plague! Had my eyes out! Cost me thousands!
