I just bought my second vehicle from Car City in Grand Rapids. You never have to feel pressured there. They tell you what your payments will be and tell you to go pick your car. They then bring it up for you to drive. If you don't like it, you pick another one until you find one you like in the price range you are approved for. Both times I was treated really well and I will be returning.
Bill and Steve were very nice and welcoming and patient enough with me while we selected our vehicles. Paperwork was a breeze.

Car City was very patient and easy to work with when I came to get a car. They took their time with explaining things to me and making sure I was situated in the correct vehicle for me. I can't wait to continue my buying experiences with them.
I made the mistake of letting the salesman push me when I was not ready. Make them slow down and listen to you. I'm not saying I would not have bought the vehicle I did but I definitely felt he made the choice for me and did not give me the chance to feel more comfortable with my choice. Ask a lot of questions because believe me not everything the sales people tell you is the real deal. Their way of making the deal sound so good is a little shady.
