My event was totally planned. All guests had paid and bus was booked...SO I THOUGHT...I kept getting texts about a pending fee. Didn't understand why because I had charged the amount to my card. Contacted a rep and I was informed the bus I reserved was larger than what I actually requested. I informed them of their error and requested they listen to my recorded reservation; as all their calls are recorded. After speaking with a manager they continued to not accept their error and wanted me to pay over $400 more. I was so disappointed with them. I'm a bigger planner, they would've had a lifetime customer. Now all you get is a bad review.

Great service. Did not have to go through serveral different people to get a quote. The estimate I got wasn't different from the price I was later given. Everyone was very helpful. Would use them again.

Excellent Choice for booking! They were efficient, thorough, helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to book and confirm a reservation in minutes! I recieved an immediate phone call for follow up and my confirmation was in my email almost instantly!

Very good website I also had messes up and accidentally booked two buses but when I talked to a rep they fixed my mistake right away. I would tell everyone to use this company

decent experience, website was nice. Got an okay discount, but I know that it was less of a deal but rather a slight price cut from a primarily inflated cost. Wish it wasnt such a battle for a better deal, I understand that its business but it came off as annoying. Company looks good though, excited to use them for our long trip

Great experience easy to use, got the job done

I booked a bus to bring people to and from a party, I did it with a week notice and everything was taken care of no problem. Web site is great you can check your reservation for times and locations and make any changes. There was also personal attention to make our trip a great one.

The service from my agent David Allison, to my driver was spectacular. It was so easy to use busrental.com. Just like any other booking website like Expedia or Travelocity. We had to leave a little bit later due to some people being late to show up to the bus, but our driver was so understanding and patient! I'm definitely going to use this site for our next bus rental.

I am so impressed of the 100% attention of every staff in this company. The website is so easy to use for bus rental price quote. I am not very good with computers so if the request has to be thru the website, I tend to just move to the next company. It was made so simple and an immediate phone call and email were almost simultaneously received by us. Any concern or worries were given comforting assurance and they are prompt in doing so.
