Service worked very well. Drivers were on time. Only issue was with return trip from Sonoma and the air conditioning in the bus was not working. Not a good think in the Bay Area in November.
Very nice driver - helping people off the bus and very attentive and a great smile and attitude. Had water for all the ladies.
I had multiple issues with chartering this bus with US Coachways. I moved up the chain of command quickly as to whom was to help correct the issues that the lack of communication from US C caused. I would have cancelled the charter except they would have charged thousands of dollars to do so. So when Amanda, our bus driver, showed up with a more than adequate bus I was pleasantly surprised. Amanda was professional and knowledgeable. She had two rules: 1. To relax 2. Have fun. She is the only saving grace that pulled this charter through to a great experience. I would recommend Amanda to everyone but not US Coachways.

During the trip from New York City to Atlanta the bus arrived on time but there was a problem three seats were defective and couldn’t be use, as a result three of my company members couldn’t travel to Atlanta, Georgia and lost money paid in advance to the hotel as well as the purchase of a business conference ticket. Another problem was that the bathrooms were out of service for the entire trip and we were told that the bus was going to make stops along the way but the bus never stopped, we let the driver know about this but he was rude to my company’s members and myself. The temperature in the bus was extremely warm and the bus’s air conditioner wasn’t working. As we came back from Atlanta to New York City we were told by the bus driver that he was going to fix the air conditioner which he never did and the bathroom was still out of service, again he was rude and told as that nothing could be done about it. I demand an apology letter as well as money back for those three people members of my company who couldn’t travel as a result of the defective seats which was $175]. We also want money back for the reservation in the hotel that was paid in advance which was $351 and conference ticket purchased which was $189 I look forward to a reply from your company or else I will have to take legal actions. Our driver was friendly and courteous, on time, patient with our being late. He faced the worst traffic out of Philadelphia and out of Washington without seeming to get upset. I was anxious about the chances he seemed to take as far as tailgating and switching lanes, but he seemed to know exactly how much space he needed each time.
Company was great to work with. Response time was excellent, all questions were answered immediately. Client advisor worked with me to meet the needs of the specific party plan we had.
Our driver Ed was Amazing, he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable on our long ride.

Am email I sent the representative I worked with: I am regretfully emailing you because we had a lot of problems the day of our event and were upset with the service your company provided. The first problem arose when the buses showed up 13 minutes late. According to your invoice they would arrive at 10:45a.m. so we could leave by 11:00am. On our way up to Baltimore, we had to stop three times on the side of the road twice due to an AC problem on a bus, and once because the emergency hatch flew off a bus. My company members had to walk several blocks to pick up the piece that fell off. The handle to the bathroom on the third bus was broken and people had to hold the bathroom door closed. When we got to the game, the bus drivers did not know where to drop us off and ended up dropping us off at the Ravens stadium several blocks across the street from the game. By the time we got to our seat we had missed the first inning of the game. Then a customer representative from your company called me and was very rude and uncooperative on the phone saying we had to be back on the buses at 3:45pm to leave at 4pm. Per our discussions on the phone you said we could leave from 4-4:30 depending on the game ending. Below is the picture of our initial contract where I posed that question. Your representative was unyielding saying it says 4pm and that I would have to pay overtime! Additionally, I was also not aware it would not be your buses that we would be using. I was being told two separate messages from each party involved. I was on the phone between your company and the local company for 45minutes dealing with this issue as well as a misinterpretation on parking fees which got resolved. Your company representative was unnecessarily hostile toward me while I was trying to solve the issues. The McLean company drivers were wonderful and very flexible. I have no complaints about their company representatives nor their bus drivers. Your company caused a lot of unnecessary complications and delivered us unsatisfactory buses. Our pickup was hard as well, which I cannot fault your company for, but we had to walk several blocks to multiple locations making us getting on the bus late. The bus drivers took this into consideration and did not charge us. Overall, we had a lot of negatives that cannot outweigh the positives. We will not be using your company in the future, nor will I recommend you due to inadequate buses and rude customer service.
The ease of communicating via email was nice, responses were always timely. Buses showed up on time, drivers were accomodating, friendly and courteous. I felt we were in "good hands" from day 1 and it stayed that way to the very end. We will use your company again. Thank You for a great experience, it made our day.
This was the best thing we have ever done, arranging this service. The bus was clean, it had enuff space for the family. The bus driver was exceptionally pleasant. Everyone was able to relax for a very comfortable ride. We will definitely recommend this service again.

I was a first time user of US Coachways. We booked a bus for a trip to Great Adventure for my twins' birthday this year (2016). We had a bunch of kids and several parents in our group so bus transport seemed like a perfect way to get everyone to the park and home again safely. We booked on line and were paired with an account representative. Everything was handled very professionally and went according to plan. Having never used this company before, I was a bit nervous as the day approached worrying that I would have a houseful of kids and parents and the bus would not show. Turned out that I had nothing to worry about at all. The bus arrived early, was very clean and the driver was very accommodating. I would definitely use US Coachways again for another trip.
