problem three seats charter 575937
During the trip from New York City to Atlanta the bus arrived on time but there was a problem three seats were defective and couldn’t be use, as a result three of my company members couldn’t travel to Atlanta, Georgia and lost money paid in advance to the hotel as well as the purchase of a business conference ticket. Another problem was that the bathrooms were out of service for the entire trip and we were told that the bus was going to make stops along the way but the bus never stopped, we let the driver know about this but he was rude to my company’s members and myself. The temperature in the bus was extremely warm and the bus’s air conditioner wasn’t working. As we came back from Atlanta to New York City we were told by the bus driver that he was going to fix the air conditioner which he never did and the bathroom was still out of service, again he was rude and told as that nothing could be done about it. I demand an apology letter as well as money back for those three people members of my company who couldn’t travel as a result of the defective seats which was $175]. We also want money back for the reservation in the hotel that was paid in advance which was $351 and conference ticket purchased which was $189 I look forward to a reply from your company or else I will have to take legal actions.
