Service and Execution Great - Website needs work
I had a great experience with my internal partner, the driver was great and responsive and the trip went smoothly. The website was extremely difficult to navigate, kept locking me out, etc. so I would have to rely on Tom to make sure everything was confirmed. That part was confusing and frustrating but everything else was A+
