Booking with BusRental.com was very convenient and easy. Representatives would follow up quickly and there was no shortage of emails and correspondence from the company. The bus was clean and the driver was friendly, so we were satisfied with the service!

From the first point of contact which was just going online to request a quote through making all the changes necessary up until the day of the trip, the staff was attentive and quick to respond. The bus itself was very clean and provided everything we needed from luxury, to being able to hold a conversation and plenty of room for storage. The driver was always on time, pleasant and ready to go from one point to the next. We never had to wait on him. I would highly recommend Bus Rental if you are looking for a professional company to take you on a bus trip, this is the one!

Great Experience

I reserved two busses the week of the event, and they were able to get back to me quickly to secure busses for our sorority. The drivers were easy-going, patient, and good drivers.

The buses arrived about 30 minutes late due to some issues with a bus i believe but other than that everything was wonderful and the drivers were so nice and fun!

Everything was great. Our driver was Joanne who was extremely nice, and very kind. Was on time for both pick ups. Mr. Donahue was the travel agent who helped me book the trip, was also very helpful with providing information on the coach bus. Very satisfied with the company.
