Hands down I would recommend this company. My agent, Salee Brooks, was amazing to deal with. Very quick to get back to me and she would always answer all my questions. Plus, the day of our trip, or bus driver exceeded our expectations. Great experience from start to finish.

Our bus driver Joann was awesome

Both buses that we rented showed up more than on time and were beyond helpful when it came to luggage and the trip as a whole. As a pastor who had to watch over 37 students on a trip, a lot of stress was taken away by the helpfulness of these drivers.

Everything went as planned. The bus was on time and Jimmy, our driver, could not have been better. JIMMY WAS GREAT!! Overall, an excellent trip for the 23 5th graders. I will use US Coachways again.

Bus was on time, driver waited patiently until all my guests arrived. I was alone with over 20 kids about 10yo both ways and he was so nice and kind. Even after one kid vomited in the end he was still super gentle and helpful (not something you often see in NYC). It definitely helped make my daughter’s celebration more special (and easier on mommy).

great kind driver. They did not send me contact info and I was able to find him right away but I am sure had I asked I could get the info. I was able to receive help and support almost always when I called and get an extremely low price. There was a ton of room for luggage and chargers on every seat!

I revised my previous review as they contacted me and offered a partial refund for our nominal experience. That was fair. We did 2 trips 2 days and the second day was very good.

Drivers and dispatchers professional and pleasant to work with

My expectations were certainly met! We (our dance company) had two different charter bus companies (going and returning) but both buses were clean, especially the bathroom, and accommodating to our needs, and the bus drivers were true professionals! Most importantly, we were safely transported to and from our destinations! We'll definitely reach back for our next trip!

Got us everywhere we needed to go on time and with a smile.
