You haven't shipped it. It's been 17 days since i placed the order so why do you even bother with claiming that you ship within 24-48 hours? Your disappointing your customers.

I bought whey protein pack which cost over £20. It was the pistachio flavoured one I found that the flavour had a really strong smell and after taste which lingered for ages. The downside is you can’t send it back if you don’t like it. The company recommends buying a small amount in case you don’t like it.But I did buy a small pack I thought. Expensive experiment for me.

Your company makes it very easy to skip a delivery or to put on hold. I have also been advised by email, from your company, when another order was ready to arrive, which I could skip if I did not need it. Very Happy with the customer service.

Updated on 06/02/2025: Still no progress—no refund, no package, no response. If you're considering purchasing from them, make sure to call their customer service first to confirm if they’ll actually respond. It’s better to check beforehand than to end up stuck like many other buyers here. ---------------------------------------- Ordered around $150 to Australia. After a month with no package, customer service just said all was fine. Then tracking status changed to “Return” with no reason. They blamed customs, but the tracking showed “Customs Cleared.” After that, they stopped replying for a week. Very disappointing—wouldn’t recommend for international orders.

Ordered July 2024 … shipment returned from NZ customs. No notification or contact made by courier or bulk supplements. Now 7 months!! Later and still waiting for a refund .. customer service just says it’s intransit .. and refuses to do anything. Their free shipping is a complete con. Don’t buy from them you will lose everything. Would give zero stars if possible.

Company cancelled order (yet to be confirmed with my CC). They wanted a picture ID to process the order (RED FLAG) which I ignored. Due diligence advised.

I lost 155usd with them, for example i did order grapefruitseed extract, i am using it since 2 weeks, 2 Tea spoons daily, zero effect on my bacterial infection

I always check and cross check about the purity of every supplement I take as to which company keeps to the standard and integrity of their products. BULK SUPPLEMENTS has earned their 5 star ratings with every product I have received. Every order arrives about 5 days from the date that I ordered it. I'm pleased to give a shout out to my friends and family that also buy their supplements. Thank you! It's greatly appreciated.

NOT GOOD PRODUCT. Look at the reviews. In testing, there is very little of the product advertised in each supplement. It's 'bulk' supplements meaning the 'bulk' is filler - not what you think is in the package - lots of testing done and it's all a scam.

Minus 10 stars! Not pure, had additives. After emailing back and forth with complaint, no help whatsoever! Keep bombarding me with countless emails! STOP sending emails when I've already left a negative review for being misled and false advertising! I will NEVER buy from Bulk again, STOP EMAILING ME!!! Anne

I made my first ever purchase of Bulk Supplements L-glutamine and creatine powders, and a bottle of multivitamins in Nov 2024. When I opened the L-glutamine the consistency and color were correct, but the smell - holy cow! I've never had a supplement powder smell like rotting flesh before. When I contacted customer service the woman said she was sorry I was disappointed, but assured me their products are of the highest quality. Being reasonable, i simply asked for a replacement bag because I understand that things happen, but I've received nothing but push-back and gaslighting about how great their products are. She even told me I was likely smelling the nitrogen gas they use to remove the extra oxygen from their bags during packaging. This is concerning given 1) nitrogen gas is colorless, odorless, and tasteless, and 2) there is now added chemical disclosure on their website. I was told I could process a refund and cover shipping myself, but honestly, with the cost of shipping these days I'm out less money just throwing the L-glutamine in the trash and calling it a loss. I suppose that's what Bulk Supplements counts on for their profit margins. Ultimately, BS immediately lost a customer in me, and most likely my son and his friend, despite them purchasing from BS several times. I am also planning to report this and possibly contact an attorney to see what can be done to safeguard consumers. I understand that supplements aren't FDA regulated, but false and misleading advertising is, as well as basic consumer safety.

I received a product with a faulty zip lock. The answer I received was that it is my problem and I should find a new recipient or container to place the powder. This is extremely disappointing after spending quite a lot of money on this powder.

Only put a 1 because there wasn't a zero. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They do not return calls. Left 5 messages the first week of receiving a leaking damaged product. Even with the $3 extra charge. Been doing business with them for over 10 years spent thousands of dollars. The first time we have had an issue with damaged product and they said to bad so sad. Not even a sorry, just we can't help you. I have had several small prices of plastic in several of their products and haven't complained because I know they import most of their raw products from China.

The product is of very poor quality - not at all what it should be. I don't know what it actually is. The packaging is different from the one on their website. The website says it contains dextrin. OK, there must be a reason it was added. I ordered Slippery Elm extract powder with dextrin added. After I ordered, I read a review that people actually got pure dextrin without Slippery Elm. I figured that even if it was pure dextrin I could still use it for something. However, I got a disgusting powder, bitter and hot with a horrible taste - real Slippery Elm doesn't taste like that at all. Besides, when dissolved in water it should make a gel. With my powder this does not happen. I wrote to BS and they replied that it was an extract and therefore had different properties, but in reality I got 10 times stronger product than the natural one. Slippery Elm helps the digestive system precisely with its property of going to jelly - therefore this strange powder has no healing effect because it never goes to jelly. I told them I wanted my money back because I am afraid to ingest their disgusting product. They don't answer. I barely forced myself to take half a dose of the product and afterwords I got a headache and for 18 hours now I still have it. I read a lot of bad reviews about BS and regret not reading them before ordering. Don't order from this company - they won't refund your money and you'll be glad if you don't get poisoned by their junk, which turned out to come from China.

Lost product, No return phone calls (6 calls), no answer when calling company!

The orderform says it accepts PayPal, when I clicked that option I assumed it was using my Pay Pal information and address. After placing the order I noticed it wasnt PayPal and it used the wrong address. I immediately changed my address online and sent an email to support informing them of the error. I never got any response after 3 days. I have called continuously and I am convinced they have no support staff because it always says they are busy but then forces you to leave a message. I left multiple message and and no one returned my call. Meanwhile the order was delivered to the wrong address where I cannot get it. I think this company is lying that they have phone support because it is impossible to get through to them. Now I am out $100 with no email, no call, nothing. UPDATE 1: finally I get a snarky email from "Alesha" stating that they can't do anything about the situation. Even though I submitted a cancellation request immediately as per their instructions. "Hello Dale, Thank you for contacting bulksupplements.com It looks like your package was delivered to the address that was entered at checkout. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do at this point. Let us know if you need additional information. -MW" I also bought insurance for the order but no mention of that either. wow I spend thousands on supplements per year with multiple companies such as Nutricost, ProHealth, Renew by Science, and I quite frankly cannot believe how terrible and short-sighted BulkSupplements is. When I went to busines school I was taught about the life time value of a customer being thousands of times the value of one order. I guess these people have no idea how to run a business.

Just got my order after 3 weeks of waiting and have no problem waiting for it because it’s shipping from the US to Sweden but then when it arrives the package has holes in it and then one of the products have a small tear inside of it. When contacting customer service about a refund or to send a new one they answer with: “ From looking at the pictures it does look like customs is the one who opened your package to test the product. We would not issue a refund for this as this was done by customs.” How do you know it’s from customs? And if it were opened by them, they always contact the receiver about it but I got nothing. It looks more for me like it got stuck in the machine because they sent it in a very weak package with no coverage or safety measures. This is an example of a company saving money on every corner…
