Broken package get denied refund
Just got my order after 3 weeks of waiting and have no problem waiting for it because it’s shipping from the US to Sweden but then when it arrives the package has holes in it and then one of the products have a small tear inside of it. When contacting customer service about a refund or to send a new one they answer with: “ From looking at the pictures it does look like customs is the one who opened your package to test the product. We would not issue a refund for this as this was done by customs.” How do you know it’s from customs? And if it were opened by them, they always contact the receiver about it but I got nothing. It looks more for me like it got stuck in the machine because they sent it in a very weak package with no coverage or safety measures. This is an example of a company saving money on every corner…
