I wish I looked here before ordering. Order number 1160491. Items took only a day to “ship”, it actually further two days to be picked up. Then the the tracking site didn’t show any further update other than the shipment had been picked up at the origin. That was over three weeks ago. “Customer Service” replied to my first enquiry saying delivery can take up to six weeks - information that wasn’t readily available when I placed the order; if that was stated I’d order elsewhere. Since then I’ve had no response to my emails seeking an update. I’d be willing to try their products, but right now it seems I’m out $130 and won’t get any form of refund. I would recommend giving this company a wide birth and buying somewhere with a delivery guarantee and customer service. I cannot speak of the efficacy of their products as they never arrived.
