We decided to choose Building shop because of very competitive prices. We could afford everything we needed. The only thing I could point is that the delivery was one day late. We weren't in a hurry so it didn't affect us at all. We will choose them again for sure!

Excellent service
Gary at the Building Shop has been so helpful. I had wanted to gravel my drive and was not sure of the quantities. He ensured the gravel was delivered in the quickest time and when I ran out, got me another delivery the same day. Excellent service.

Ordered ballast and cement delivered on time , my calculations were off and needed to re order more , which arrived the next day, and still wasn't enough, so the 3rd order also arrived next day. Gary who I spoke to , couldn't be more helpful, definitely will use again on any building work. Super service , would actually rate 10 *.

First time buying from a middle man
Ordered 55 lengths of 3mx 3x2 timber got an email telling me it would be delivered on 7/7/23 no delivery.i had 2 guys to start on my shed had to send them home.called b/shop spoke to mark,who called the depot that was delivering my order to late in the day to deliver was assured it would be delivered on the Monday,lo and behold no delivery.called again spoke to mark who once again had to phone the depot he was assured once again it woul be the first delivery on Tuesday, 11.15 it finally arrived,but the wrong length it was 4800mm instead of 3m,so back on the phone don't know the guys name but like mark he couldn't be more helpful. The company took the hit for the difference and told me to keep it,for the hassle i had.really good customer service so thank you guys ..they also gave me a discount for the late delivery on the Friday.cheersππ

Contacted sales team 2 days ago with a simple question about delivery. No response. Contacted sales because the CHAT line constantly states - No Operators. Grim all ways you try. The company need to get into a sales mode based on 2023 not 1973
