Good price!
We decided to choose Building shop because of very competitive prices. We could afford everything we needed. The only thing I could point is that the delivery was one day late. We weren't in a hurry so it didn't affect us at all. We will choose them again for sure!

Fabulous service, fast delivery and Gary is great!
Fabulous service. Fast delivery (ordered Monday late afternoon and they arrived Wednesday early afternoon!). Gary sent me multiple places to view the product to ensure they were exact match to my current patio slabs before I ordered anything. He was quick, efficient, professional polite and hugely consultative. I have never built a patio before and he gave me some great advice. Will definitely go back!

Different and damaged goods and no refund
I ordered plasterboard sheets as part of a larger order and despite ordering square edge I received tapered edge. This was annoying but not the end of the world. However, one of the sheets was too damaged to be accepted. The delivery note was signed as being part delivered and since then, nothing. I emailed for a replacement and they did not bother to reply, then I asked for a refund and again, no reply. It's a shame because until now the service has been good. I won't be ordering from Building Shop again as I no longer trust that I will get what I ordered or get a refund should something be wrong with the order.

Brilliant Service
I ordered 22 paving slabs on the 22/08 for delivery on the 31/08. I got an email for a delivery on the 25/08. I received a text on the day to say they would be with me soon. I went out at lunch time and they had been delivered . Such a Brilliant service. No problem with the delivery. good value for money, delivered early and seamless service

Gary was incredibly patient
Gary was incredibly patient, whilst I tried to make a decision about the correct paving slabs. Unfortunately I couldn't order them from the Building Shop, nothing to do with Gary or the company. If I need to purchase any other building supplies, I will definitely use them.
