We spoke to Iantha as we were booking a city break. Iantha made the whole process very easy. She was very knowledgeable and courteous and all the questions we asked were answered. We have used Broadway Travel on a number of occasions and each time the service has been very professional.

I found Anthony Hudson who helped me to arrange our holiday to Portugal, very professional and helpful. He was polite and tolerant as I am hard of hearing and I had to ask him to repeat himself several times, which he did in a very courteous way! I have to say that in my opinion Anthony is a great asset to your company. I will definitely recommend Broadway Travel and will certainly be planning more trips with you. Thank you.

I’ve booked with many travel agents over the years, but I have never experienced the exceptional level of customer service I received from Broadway Travel recently. Although the brand-new hotel we had originally booked wasn’t going to be ready in time for our trip, Jacqui Rowell went above and beyond to keep us informed every step of the way, providing daily updates and reassurance throughout. Not only did she handle the situation with professionalism and care, but she also arranged a complimentary late check-out for us - as well as organising a little extra treat to help us celebrate both my birthday and our anniversary while we were away. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made the trip even more special. Jacqui’s dedication, attention to detail, and genuine customer care were second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Broadway Travel again. Highly recommended!
