Great service
Contacted Broadway travel regarding a holiday to Majorca that was advertised on their Facebook page. Spoke to Nathan Carter. Was sent a quote by him. I called to book within 15 minutes as it states on the quote to call and book to secure the holiday. Was told call handler Nathan Carter would call me back. He then emailed me to say it couldn’t be done. A complete shambles. Why advertise holidays on social media and send quotes when they cannot give you what’s advertised? I would advise others to stick to more reputable companies.

Chloe was fantastic. Very responsive when I first messaged for details. Her messages were informative and detailed even though I kept asking more questions and for more prices. When I called her to book she went through every detail with me. This is my first cruise so I needed to be sure about everything. At no point was I rushed or pressured.
