Jackie at Bristol Water on 3/7/2025 who answered the phone was absolutely fantastic in every way. I had a new water meter 1 week ago and I didn't really know how to read it properly to see how much my water usage was costing me etc Jackie who was very knowledgeable ,polite,helpful,and friendly ,explained everything I needed to know. I wish there were more people like Jackie answering the phones in other public services. Thank you Jackie

I've lived in Bristol for 6 years at multiple addresses and every interaction I've had with Bristol/Wessex Water has been exceptional. I have found them to be easy to contact, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. I've never had a bad interaction and I can't recommend them and their services enough. 10/10, 5 stars!!

I had to set up an account with Bristol Water today, though the website wasn’t very clear as to how to register for a new account, the LiveChat person I have been put through to, David, was immensely helpful and kind. I had no idea what I was doing as this is my first property, however, with David’s help everything was set up within 15 minutes and the billing was very transparent as well. Would definitely recommend for those who has no idea what they’re doing!

Would like to commend "Emma", Alex Kenyon and Alex Carter. I feel my issue was understood well, that people showed genuine concern, empathy, acknowledgement and acted on the issue quickly and effectively. I really appreciated Alex Kenyon giving me time to gather my thoughts and present information in my own time. In the current pandemic with restricted services with many companies, it was great to still feel like a valued customer and be able to use the services in the way I wished to.

major water leak on are mains bristol water came out to check turned out to be under are neighbours property insurance would not repair as used money for trace and access but we got a new main in by private contractor they came out next day as we were an emergency to reconnect new pipe thanks cathy x customer service

We were let down by our insurance company who basically put us in a hotel instead of sorting out leak Jo,Chris and Kathy are a credit to the company they were so helpful acted straight away and reassured they could help which they did reconnected us within 24 of phone call

Spoke to a lovely person named Adam regarding having a water softener fitted to my home. Despite this not being a service Bristol water offers, Adam was very helpful suggesting putting the idea forward to the company. He also assured me I would get a callback once the suggestion had been reviewed. I wouldn't hesitate using Bristol water for this service given the excellent customer service.
